AI Chatbot

We envisioned a chatbot for EagleRider that simplifies the learning process about their products, eliminating the need for customers to navigate the website manually. We created a proprietary tool that converts business data into textual paragraphs and embeddings, which are then stored in a Graph DB (Milvus). This repository of information provides enhanced context to OpenAI models, allowing for accurate responses about the latest EagleRider products. We developed a summarization tool that distills entire chat sessions into concise paragraphs, intelligently navigating context switches within the conversation.
